Amazon’s year-end list of the best in mystery, thriller and suspense fiction is always one of the best to come out. I have read 10 of the 40 books listed and have a few more on my nightstand to read in the next few weeks. Six of those I have read are on my personal Best of the Year list. The only one I didn’t care for was LOST MAN’S LANE by Scott Carson, which I consider horror and not mystery.
