Comment: I considered this list suspect because Novel Suspects is a site run by the Hachette publishing group (Grand Central, Little, Brown, Mulholland) and I thought it might favor its own titles. But the list includes titles from other publishers so I decided to post it. One glaring error is that it lists RAZORBLADE TEARS by S. A. Cosby as a 2022 title when it was clearly a 2021 title — in fact the best crime novel of last year.
