Yes, I know this list is Australia crime fiction-centric, but I’ve been reading a lot of recent Australian crime fiction and it is very good and deserves some time in the limelight. THE HOUSEMATE by Sarah Bailey is especially good (on my top 10 of the year). I liked the Richard Osman and Michael Robotham, but they didn’t make my top 10, but the Connelly did.
