I guess that it is befitting that a list created by a site called shereads should have mostly female authors on it, but the ratio 28 female authors to 1 male author seems a bit much. Shawn Cosby must feeling pretty good to have made the cut.

Most of the novels fall in the psychological/domestic suspense realm and they seem to have done a pretty good job in picking out what I have heard are some of the best (Lisa Gardner, Zakiya D. Harris, Rachel Howzell Hall, Lisa Jewell, Alice Feeny, Liane Moriarty, Lisa Unger and Tamron Hall).
